Meet Kyle & Lindsey
Born and raised in Southern Wisconsin, we met as teenagers and have spent the years since building a life, raising our family, and growing multiple businesses together right here in the communities we call home.
Our passion for real estate began in 2003 with the launch of our construction and design business. Kyle brings extensive hands-on construction experience as a Wisconsin Licensed Contractor, while Lindsey combines an eye for design with years of experience in real estate investing and strategy. Together, that background allows us to look beyond the surface of a property and help clients understand its true potential.
Over the years, our real estate journey has grown from residential rentals and home renovations to a diverse commercial investment portfolio that includes car washes, laundromats, storage units, and other investment properties. Lindsey is also a Certified Commercial Advisor, bringing additional expertise to clients navigating commercial acquisitions, sales, and investment opportunities.
Our combined experience in residential and commercial real estate, construction, design, investing, and property management gives our clients a perspective that goes well beyond a traditional real estate transaction.
